4 LAYER LAMINATES
Extrusion coating is the coating of a molten web of synthetic resin on a substrate material. It is a versatile coating technique used for the economic application of various plastics. Four layer laminates increase the shelf life of the products packed. Foods like namkeens and extruded snacks are packed in 4-layer laminates.
3 LAYER LAMINATES
Suitable for applications requiring high-temperature processes, high barrier, and high seal strength. Pet, PE, BOPP, CPP, and Met Pet-based laminates for snack foods, namkeens, and FMCG products such as shampoos, mehndi, and hair color, etc.
2 LAYER LAMINATES
Laminates are composed of two or more materials, which make up a composite. These may be comprised of a combination of substrate materials along with some kind of thermosetting resin or adhesive for bonding the layers of substrate together. Pet, PE, BOPP, and CPP-based laminates for the snack food industry and specialized laminates for wheat flour and rice packaging in roll form and preformed pouches.
PREFORMED POUCHES
We offer customized pouching services. We specialize in manufacturing customized pouches in accordance with drawings and specifications provided by our clients. Stand-up pouches with or without zippers, side-gusset preformed pouches, and center seal pouches, and three-sided seal pouches are all made in-house.
